Each chalet is equipped with an individual meter, electricity is invoiced according
to consumption
at the cost of 0,13 Euros / kW all taxes included.
This price includes :
People, location, 2 vehicles, in a chalet of 35 m² + terrace of 9 m² in addition.
All necessary for cooking and household, quilt and pillows are supplied.
Please note : Bed-sheets, pillowcases, table and toilet linen,dish-cloths,
are not provided.
Deposit for an amount of 30 %, .................., will have to be joined to
the return of the
signed contract, they will be deduced from the amount of the invoice.
This deposit will not be returned or refunded in the event of cancellation before
or
throughout the stay, including in the event of cause beyond control, this in
cover of the caused damage.
An inventory and inventory of fixtures will take place at the arrival and at
the departure of the tenant.
A guarantee of 150 Euros will be requested from the arrival and will be returned
by sending of
check the week which follows the departure, deduction made of any loss or duly
noted degradation.
The household not or badly carried out will be invoiced, or deduced from the
amount of the
guarantee at the cost of 30 Euros.
This contract is drawn up in two specimens, one of which is to be returned to
us duly dated and
signed, together with the deposit.
The reservation will be effective upon receipt of mail and deposit.
The rent is concluded from Saturday 3 pm till Saturday 11 am.
